Soupcan Returns Policy

Soupcan.com.au will not accept good returned or exchanged for change of mind. Goods must inspected within 5 days of delivery and alleged fault or short in quantity. Goods will only be accepted for return for one of the below reasons.

A. Goods have been damaged in transit.

B. Goods do not comply with the quote, in quantity, size or design as signed off in writing by the client.

For any order that meets the returns policy, Soupcan.com.au will replace the goods. If your not sure how the product will look after printing, we do suggest you get a sample printed and sent out to you. This is done at a cost of $20 and is not a commitment for the full order.

IMPORTANT - If you require colour matching, we either require a sample of the colour sent to us, or a PMS Colour to be chosen using a Pantone Colour book. We cannot guarantee the colour you see on your own computer screen is the same as the final product if you have not calibrated it. Soupcan will not replace goods if you have not specified a colour to match based on the above criteria.
